How it works

1️⃣ Contact Us

Reach out by email or use our locate request form to request a private locate. Let us know your project details, utilities you want located if known, and the area that needs to be marked.

2️⃣ Schedule your private locate

We’ll confirm a time and day that works best for you to come and complete the locate. (Standard rates start at $85/hour + tax. (minimum 1 hour, billed per 30 mins after the first hour)

3️⃣ On-Site Locate

We’ll visit your property to identify and mark your private underground utilities using professional grade locate equipment.

4️⃣ Receive your documents

Once the private locate has been completed, you will receive your documents pertaining to the locate. A hand sketch will be provided as requested, along with any other documentation pertaining to the work.

5️⃣ Dig Safely

Once your private lines are marked, you can move forward with your project safely and confidently.
